Google Offers 411

I thought this was mildly interesting, not from a search and how it affects my life standpoint, but from a business perspective. How well used are the 411 and Yellow Page services since internet access is available to almost all? I have to say that I don't even know where my latest 5 phone books have ended up, and I can't remember the last time I called 411. I just wonder if this is worth the time and investment for Google, but I can see where it does fit into the strategies better than say radio marketing, which has nothing to do with indexing the world's information.
