Novacasa

I always like to see inventive uses of Xaraya, along with styles that you don't normally see with other content management systems. Novacasa is a very good example of both of those criteria combined in a very pleasing package. It almost makes me want to move to Spain (as if I never said that before;). Bonus points for the good use of the weather module on the site, and good performance from the cache module. Site appears to be designed and developed by Cameron Cain, whom I have not seen pop up in the Xaraya directory before, but am looking forward to seeing the work again.
