So You Think You Can Dance and Talent

I have a confession. Some will think less of me after this post, but I am secure enough in my skin to feel OK with it.

For some strange reason I am addicted to really bad TV. It's probably my kids that suck me into some of the more mindless fares, but I have to say the entertainment value is extremely high for 'So You Think You Can Dance' for me.

It's a horrible show that in my past life (BK -- Before Kids and ADA -- After Drinking Age) wouldn't even register as being on. There is just something about watching people dance well that really entertains me. Perhaps it is because I have two left feet and trip over cracks in the sidewalk, but I have to say that I look forward to Wednesday and Thursday nights.

My favorite couple is Benji and Donyelle. There is something very entertaining watching these two do their routines for the week. It's amazing to watch how graceful some folks can be at times.

To make matters worse last night between the commercials I clicked over to America's Got Talent. It was strangely addictive to see some guy crawl into a balloon and dance.

How can this garbage be sooo addictive? It's like watching a train wreck, but with commercial breaks thrown in every ten minutes. Nonetheless, I have to watch.

By the way, 1-888-TEMPO-05 was the number to vote for Benji and Donyella. I voted twice. Is that wrong?
