Theme Browser Block

I am not sure if this code is public or not, but in order to be able to fully template a theme for the theme contest, you may find this useful:

We now know what the variables are for the block. Instead of an ugly dropdown, we can now do something just a little more elegant with a template override. I will leave that for your imagination.
